(Bibliography)

by Robb Todd

(Ed. note: The story “There Are Places in Dolan Morgan That Only Exist in New York City” was a futurist vision predicting the publication of That’s When the Knives Came Down written posthumously by Brooklyn native Henry Miller in 1982. As with all works written by the dead, it vanished immediately upon publication, leaving behind only the bibliography. It is Miller’s only known work from his grave at Woodlawn Cemetery in Colma, Calif.)
